What to email about
- Bugs. Something broke, looked wrong, or didn't behave as expected? Tell me what you did, what happened, and what you expected. The board size, your device, and your browser all help me reproduce it.
- Feature requests. Want a board size, a mode, or a quality-of-life tweak? Many features come straight from player suggestions.
- A board that seems wrong. Every 8flowy puzzle is guaranteed to have exactly one pipe network that connects every pair and fills every square. If you hit a board that seems to have no solution (or two), please flag it, noting the size and difficulty. These reports are gold for keeping the game honest.
- Premium and billing. Bought the one-time unlock and something's off (no unlock after payment, a duplicate charge, Premium missing on a device)? Email me with the address you used at checkout and I'll make it right.
- Privacy requests. Want to know what data the game stores, or have it cleared? See Manage privacy first; local data you can handle yourself in seconds. To delete account data from our servers, email me from the address on your account.
Quick answers
Is 8flowy free? Yes: free-play boards are unlimited, and the daily puzzle, the leaderboard, and the opening Journey levels are free too. A one-time Premium unlock removes ads and limits and opens every level.
Do I need an account? No. Everything can be played without one. Signing in (Google or an email code) adds cross-device sync and the daily leaderboard.
I lost my progress. Can you restore it? If you were signed in, yes: sign back in and your synced progress, streak, and achievements come back. If you only ever played without an account, everything lived on your device, so there's no server copy to restore.
How do I get better? Start with the rules, then work through the beginner's guide and the strategy guide. Corners first, edge-hugging, and the no-stranded-squares habit turn most boards from trial-and-error into a clean read.
What sizes can I play? Free play runs from 5x5 to 10x10. Journey mode starts on gentle 5x5 boards and climbs to 10x10. The board sizes guide describes how each one feels.
Does every board really have exactly one solution? Yes, that's the core promise. Every board is checked before it ships, and only boards with exactly one solution go out. If a board seems to accept two different networks, that's a bug worth reporting.
